K9 ears

After having a go at assembling the ears printed in the last post, I decided to have a go at making something a little easier to assemble. Mat Prentis assembled this guide, which gave me the dimensions below:

Heading into Fusion360, I generated the following model:

Bob sliced it and sent it to his Photopolymer 3D printer for me; I managed to get these photos of the first one I got printed:

However, the second one failed:
